A few months ago I spent time with a local estate agent to share some of my knowledge. While he was getting decent images to showcase the homes he had on his portfolio, he wanted to up his skill level to provide a better service for his clients. After all, it’s the pictures that attract potential buyers to view the property.
At the time he was using auto mode on his camera so I went through the different modes, the exposure triangle and a few other little tips and tricks that I have learnt over time.
I spoke with him recently and was happy to hear the success he was having getting the images he wanted. Rather than relying on what the camera thought the picture should be, his images now show the properties in the best light.
If you’d like to get more out of your camera with a one to one tutorial, get in touch.
P.S. Netflix may or may not be filming in this property for an upcoming series, let me know if you spot it.
